
# Billing

All Team plan billing is handled through Paddle. This page covers what you need to know about renewals, cancellations, and payment changes.

## Annual Renewal

Team plans renew automatically once per year. Your next renewal date is shown on the team management page. You will receive an email from Paddle before each renewal.

## Updating Your Payment Method

Click the **Update Payment Method** button on the team management page. This redirects you to Paddle where you can change your card or payment details. Changes take effect for the next charge.

## Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the team management page. When you cancel:

- Your team keeps Pro access until the end of the current billing period (grace period).
- During the grace period, you can resume the subscription without losing anything.
- After the grace period ends, all team members lose their team-provided Pro access.

Canceling does not issue a refund for the remaining time. Access continues until the paid period expires.

## Resuming During the Grace Period

If you change your mind after canceling, click **Resume Subscription** on the team management page. The subscription picks up where it left off and renews on the original date.

## Seat Changes and Billing

- **Adding seats:** Prorated charge applied immediately.
- **Removing seats:** Prorated credit applied to the next billing cycle. The reduced seat count takes effect at the next renewal, not immediately.
