# Seats and Pricing

The DevKeepr Team plan is billed annually. It includes a base set of seats with the option to add more as your team grows.

## Base Plan

- **350 EUR/year**, includes 5 seats.
- **Additional seats:** 50 EUR/year each.
- **Maximum seats:** 105 per team.

## Device Slot Stacking

Each team seat grants one device slot. If a member also has a personal Pro licence (which includes 2 device slots), those slots stack:

- Personal Pro: 2 devices
- Team seat: 1 device
- **Total: 3 devices**

This means team members who travel or work across multiple machines can keep their personal licence and gain an extra slot through the team.

## Proration

Seat changes are prorated so you only pay for what you use.

- **Adding seats:** You are charged a prorated amount immediately for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- **Removing seats:** A prorated credit is applied to your next billing cycle. The lower seat count takes effect at the start of the next cycle, not immediately.

Before you can reduce your seat count, you must first remove any assigned members that exceed the new limit. The system will not let you lower seats below the number of currently assigned members.
