# Team Management Overview

DevKeepr Team plans give agencies and dev teams a single subscription that covers everyone. One person pays, everyone gets full Pro access.

## What You Get

- **One subscription for the whole team.** No juggling individual licences.
- **Full Pro access for every member.** Every feature, no restrictions.
- **One device slot per seat.** Members who also have a personal Pro licence get their personal slots on top.
- **Central management.** Add or remove members, adjust seats, and handle billing from one place.

## How It Works

1. **Create a team** from your account settings on the DevKeepr website.
2. **Subscribe** to a Team plan (starts at 5 seats).
3. **Assign seats** by entering member email addresses.
4. **Members get Pro access** immediately. Unregistered users are linked automatically when they sign up.

## Owner vs. Members

The **owner** is the person who creates the team and pays for the subscription. The owner manages members and billing but does not consume a seat.

**Members** receive Pro access with one device slot per seat. If a member already has a personal Pro licence, the team device slot stacks on top of their existing slots.
